Your Role
We are on the lookout for an inspirational qualified teacher who has a passion for working with vulnerable children. If you have experience across Key Stages 3 and 4 and are ready to guide students in Science, Maths, and beyond, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Teach at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of your students
- Implement our positive behaviour policy to help students become responsible citizens
- Inspire a love of learning and motivate students to thrive
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Successful teaching experience
- Experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly with SEMH and ASC
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum, especially in Science and/or Maths
- Excellent behaviour management skills
- A reflective practitioner who understands therapeutic approaches to education
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Proven track record of delivering dynamic and engaging lessons
Working Conditions
The successful candidate will undergo an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by ISP School Battle.
