Basic Salary: £21,257.48

Your Role
As our School Administrator, you will be the welcoming face of Easthorpe School, ensuring a positive experience for parents, visitors, and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties:
- Greet parents and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage phone calls and messages efficiently.
- Ensure visitor safety by managing sign-ins and badges.
- Maintain the shared calendar and school information.
- Coordinate deliveries and manage resource ordering.

Administrative Support:
- Assist the Headteacher and management team with various administrative tasks.
- Produce letters, manage filing, and maintain confidentiality.
- Input data into our management systems, including Ed:gen and CPOMS.
- Organize meetings and manage the school diary.

Attendance Monitoring:
- Track and report on pupil attendance and punctuality.
- Communicate with parents regarding absenteeism.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to manage attendance records.
