About the Role

As part of our £3.1bn Strategic Development Partnership with Southern Water, you’ll play a vital role in our Commercial team. This is your chance to contribute to meaningful projects while developing your career in a supportive environment that values your input and wellbeing.

Your Responsibilities

In your role as a Quantity Surveyor, you will:

• Manage project finances, including preparing applications for payment and monitoring costs.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth financial processes.
• Support procurement activities and provide commercial evaluations.
• Identify changes and assist with Change Control procedures.
• Ensure all contractual notifications are correctly in place.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You have experience with NEC contracts and Target Costs.
• You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy building relationships across teams.
• You have a background in the construction, water, or civil infrastructure sectors.
• You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• You possess strong communication skills and enjoy engaging with clients.
