Are you ready to take on an exciting new role that puts you at the heart of our operations? The Supervisor Plus position at Butlin's is your chance to shine! As the main point of contact for your team, you'll ensure that our high standards are met and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Your Mission

Reporting to the Manager, you will be the operational driver of success, ensuring that daily plans are executed flawlessly. Your role will involve:

  • Coaching and supporting your team to achieve key targets.
  • Monitoring compliance and maintaining high operational standards.
  • Being hands-on in various departments, primarily focusing on accommodation during intake days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead your team in delivering exceptional service and achieving departmental goals.
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Drive add-on sales and promotions to enhance guest experiences.
  • Capture and act on guest feedback to continuously improve our services.
  • Foster strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.
  • Support the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management.

Focus Areas

As a Supervisor Plus, you will also play a vital role in our Buffets, Bars & Shops, and Restaurants & QSRs. Here’s what you’ll focus on:

1. Food Safety Champion

Lead by example in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

2. Creating a Warm, Welcoming Dining Experience

Ensure guests feel greeted and cared for, setting the tone for their visit.

3. Coaching & Developing the Team

Provide on-the-job training and support to help your team excel.

4. Driving Sales & Spend Per Head

Encourage upselling and ensure guests have access to what they want, when they want it.

5. Effective Checkbacks

Ensure timely check-ins with guests to confirm satisfaction and address any concerns.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and supporting your team.
  • Strong attention to detail for audits and compliance checks.
  • Experience in guest-facing roles, adept at handling queries and complaints.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and generate new opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
