As the main point of contact for your team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our high standards are met and compliance is maintained across the department.

Your Mission

Reporting directly to the Manager, you will be the operational driver of success, ensuring that daily plans are executed flawlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coaching and supporting your team to achieve key targets, such as add-on sales and promotions.
• Conducting audits to maintain high standards in accommodation and other departments.
• Monitoring guest feedback and taking action to enhance their experience.
• Building strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.
• Championing Butlin’s values and leadership behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will have a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Being hands-on in operational tasks, ensuring your team is effective and engaged.
• Driving sales and promotions while ensuring stock availability for guests.
• Creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Coaching your team to deliver exceptional service and meet departmental goals.
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene in our dining venues.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and developing your team.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in audit and compliance activities.
• Experience in guest-facing roles, adept at handling queries and complaints.
• A proven track record in driving sales and promoting new initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing demands.

Working Conditions

The Supervisor Plus will primarily focus on accommodation on our intake days (Monday and Friday) but will also work flexibly across departments as needed. This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
