With over 30 years of experience, we have developed a unique Integrated Service Programme that places children at the heart of everything we do. Our holistic approach includes a network of professionals—social workers, fostering advisors, teachers, and therapists—who work collaboratively to support foster parents and the children they care for.
Your Role
As a Supervising Social Worker, you will:
- Provide direct support to foster parents, managing a realistic caseload that allows for meaningful supervision.
- Conduct regular supervision sessions, monitoring practice and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with children, young people, foster parents, and other professionals to facilitate participation in assessments, planning, and decision-making related to safeguarding and child protection.
What We’re Looking For
We seek a qualified and experienced Social Worker or Senior Social Worker who is:
- Enthusiastic and committed to the role of foster parents.
- Experienced in working collaboratively with foster parents and within a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Skilled in report writing and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Holds a Social Care England recognized qualification in Social Work or equivalent.
- Possesses a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation pertaining to children’s services.
- Has a full driving license and unrestricted access to a car.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position that comes with the following benefits:
