• Competitive Salary: Start with a base salary of £45,370 (including London Weighting Allowance, if applicable) and earn up to £57,000 with on-target earnings.

• Structured Work Hours: Enjoy a 40-hour work week with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Your Daily Adventure

In this role, you’ll start each day with a clear digital schedule, tackling pre-booked jobs where members are expecting you. Your tasks will include:

• Routine servicing
• Advanced diagnostics
• In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
• Providing member advice and recommendations
• Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards

With no emergency callouts or unpredictable shifts, you’ll have the time and tools to deliver quality work.

What You’ll Need

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
