As the main point of contact for your team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high standards and compliance across our department.

Your Mission

As a Supervisor Plus, you will report directly to the Manager and be the operational driver of success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled and that tasks are executed efficiently.
• Coaching your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and meet key targets.
• Conducting audits and ensuring compliance with our high standards.
• Monitoring guest feedback and taking action to enhance their experience.
• Building strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.

Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you will:

• Be the operational leader, ensuring your team is effective in all key tasks.
• Drive add-on sales and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Champion food safety and hygiene standards in our restaurants.
• Deliver a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.
• Coach and develop your team to ensure they excel in guest interactions.
• Celebrate successes and foster a positive team culture.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and supporting your team.
• A strong attention to detail for audits and compliance checks.
• Experience in guest-facing roles, handling queries and complaints effectively.
• A proven track record in driving sales and promotions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.

Working Conditions

The Supervisor Plus will primarily cover accommodation on our intake days (Monday and Friday) but will also work flexibly across departments throughout the week. This role may require additional support outside of these days based on operational needs.
