We are on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead our established 3-bed children's home in London. If you have 2-3 years of management experience and a strong background in supporting young people aged 9-17 with complex emotional and behavioral needs, this is your chance to make a real difference!

About the Role
As our Registered Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality, safe, and nurturing care for children and young people. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
- Leading staff practice and driving continuous improvement in line with Area Camden's standards.
- Maintaining robust safeguarding systems and effective multi-agency working.
- Supervising and mentoring staff, organizing work patterns, and delivering care-focused training.
- Ensuring that each child's individual needs are understood and consistently met.
Requirements for the Role
- A Leadership and Management qualification (or willingness to work towards one) and NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People.
- Strong knowledge of childcare and safeguarding laws, including the Children Act 1989 and the Care Standards Act 2000.
- Experience in managing staff teams with excellent communication skills.
- A genuine passion for children's homes and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for children and young people.

- 32 days of annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing by 1 day per year for the first three years

- Ofsted performance bonus: £3,000 for an Outstanding judgement and £1,500 for a Good judgement
