Your Role

We’re on the lookout for compassionate and motivated Casual Residential Support Workers to join our Southampton team. In this dynamic role, no two days will be the same! You’ll be instrumental in:

  • Supporting young people with their daily routines
  • Building positive relationships and becoming a trusted adult
  • Helping them develop confidence, life skills, and independence
  • Ensuring they feel safe, supported, and encouraged every day

Experience working with children or young people is a plus, but it’s not a requirement. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine desire to help others. We’ll provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident in your role from day one.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care, or equivalent (or a willingness to work towards it)
  • A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
  • A commitment to completing an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us)
