We are on the lookout for compassionate and motivated Casual Residential Support Workers to join our team in Poole. Each day will bring new experiences, and you will play a vital role in supporting young people, fostering positive relationships, and helping them realize their potential. No extensive experience is necessary—just a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a heartfelt desire to help others. We’ll provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident from day one!

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Casual Residential Support Worker, you will:
- Support young people with their daily routines
- Build positive relationships and become a trusted adult
- Help them develop confidence, life skills, and independence
- Ensure they feel safe, supported, and encouraged every day
Experience working with children or young people is a plus, but we welcome those new to this field. We are committed to providing all the training and support you need to thrive in your role!
What We’re Looking For
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care, or equivalent (or a willingness to work towards it)
- A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to engage with children and colleagues
- A willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us)
