We are on the lookout for compassionate and motivated Casual Residential Support Workers to join our team in Poole. Each day will bring new experiences, and you will play a vital role in supporting young people, fostering positive relationships, and helping them realize their potential. We’ll provide comprehensive training to ensure you feel confident from day one!

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Casual Residential Support Worker, you will:

• Support young people with their daily routines
• Build positive relationships and become a trusted adult
• Help them develop confidence, life skills, and independence
• Ensure they feel safe, supported, and encouraged every day

Experience working with children or young people is a plus, but we welcome those new to this field. We are committed to providing all the training and support you need to thrive in your role!

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Health and Social Care, or equivalent (or a willingness to work towards it)
• A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to engage with children and colleagues
• A willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check (cost covered by us)
