Are you ready to take on an exciting new role that puts you at the heart of our operations? The Supervisor Plus position at Butlin's is your chance to shine! As the main point of contact for your team, you will drive operational success and ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

  • Lead the Team: Be the hands-on operational driver, ensuring your team is effectively executing daily tasks and objectives.
  • Coach and Develop: Support your team in achieving key targets, such as upselling and promotions.
  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee audits in accommodation and other departments to maintain high standards.
  • Enhance Guest Experience: Monitor guest feedback and take action to ensure satisfaction.
  • Communicate Effectively: Be the champion of communication, ensuring key messages flow from management to your team.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong connections across the resort and with central support teams.

Key Focus Areas

In addition to your accommodation responsibilities, you will also support our Buffets, Bars & Shops, and Restaurants & QSRs:

Buffets

  • Food Safety Champion: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Warm Dining Experience: Ensure guests feel welcomed and well looked after.
  • Team Development: Provide on-shift coaching to enhance team performance.

Bars & Shops

  • Drive Sales: Maximize revenue through effective coaching and upselling techniques.
  • Dynamic Deployment: Adjust team roles to manage guest flow and reduce queues.

Restaurants & QSRs

  • Champion Food Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  • Upselling: Encourage team members to recommend starters and desserts.
