At Butlin’s, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work across various teams, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.

As a Team Member Plus, your week will kick off with cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays. The rest of the week? You’ll be exploring different areas such as:

• Sports & Activities
• Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
• Bars & Shops
• Fairground
• Buffets

And who knows? You might find yourself working in more than one area at a time!

If you hold any of the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:

• FA Level 1 Football
• Archery GB ERCA
• High Ropes
• NCPLH Personal License

About You

We’re searching for spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who are eager to learn and collaborate with a dynamic team. Previous experience? Not a requirement! What truly matters is your attitude, mindset, and passion for enhancing our guests’ experiences.

No experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to help you develop the skills you need to excel in your role. You’ll benefit from a detailed 90-day induction plan and have a buddy to guide you through your learning journey.

Expect variety in your day-to-day tasks as you engage with different team members and guests. You’ll be chatting with visitors and becoming part of a team dedicated to honing their hospitality skills.

If you’re aiming for a career with Butlin’s, this role is a fantastic way to gain hands-on experience in our most guest-facing areas. Typical working hours cover 35 hours a week, and you must be aged 18 or over to apply. Live-in accommodation may be available for those relocating to the area.
