About the Role

Are you ready to Get Stuck In? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who thrive on making a difference! At Butlin’s, you won’t just be confined to one department; you’ll have the chance to work across various teams, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay.

As a Team Member Plus, your week will kick off with cleaning our guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays. The rest of the week? You’ll dive into exciting roles across our sports & activities, restaurants, quick-serve food, bars & shops, fairground, or buffets departments. Flexibility is key, and you might even find yourself working in multiple areas!

If you hold any of the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:

• FA Level 1 Football
• Archery GB ERCA
• High Ropes
• NCPLH Personal License

About You

We’re searching for high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who are eager to learn and collaborate with a dynamic team. Previous experience isn’t a must; what matters most is your attitude and passion for enhancing our guests’ experiences.

No experience? No problem! We’ll equip you with all the training you need to thrive in your role. You’ll benefit from a comprehensive 90-day induction plan and be paired with a buddy to help you navigate your new responsibilities.

Typical working hours cover 35 hours a week, and you must be aged 18 or over to apply. For those relocating, live-in accommodation may be available.
