Your Role:

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Kier Construction, you will play a vital role in supporting our commercial activities across a diverse range of projects. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining invaluable experience while contributing to the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Quantity Surveyor with all commercial matters, including contract administration and record keeping.
• Assist in the appointment of contractors and subcontractors, and place orders for materials and plant.
• Help negotiate and agree on contract variations with customers and suppliers.
• Contribute to the measurement and valuation of work to support invoicing and payments.
• Assist in developing and managing commercial relationships with customers, contractors, and subcontractors.
