With class sizes capped at 6 pupils, each classroom is supported by a qualified teacher and up to 2 teaching assistants. We focus on students with SEMH and various diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and more. This is your chance to make a real impact while enhancing your own teaching skills in a rewarding environment!

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Support the class team in facilitating learning and promoting positive behaviors.
  • Monitor student progress and collaborate with staff to meet individual needs.
  • Supervise pupils during non-classroom activities and trips.
  • Build positive relationships to enhance learning outcomes.
