As the main point of contact for your team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our high standards and compliance are met every day.

Your Mission

As a Supervisor Plus, you will report directly to the Manager and be responsible for:

• Driving daily operational plans and ensuring tasks are executed efficiently.
• Coaching and supporting your team to achieve key targets, including upselling and promotions.
• Monitoring guest feedback and taking action to enhance their experience.
• Building strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.

Key Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you will:

• Ensure your team is effectively working on key tasks and objectives.
• Conduct audits and maintain high standards in accommodation and other departments.
• Champion communication, ensuring that vital information flows smoothly from management to your team.
• Support the onboarding and development of team members throughout their employment journey.

Focus Areas

Depending on your area of focus, your responsibilities will include:

Accommodation

• Overseeing accommodation operations on intake days and supporting other departments as needed.
• Ensuring all stock and propositions are available for guests.

Buffets

• Lead by example in food safety and hygiene standards.
• Create a warm, welcoming dining experience for all guests.
• Coach your team to ensure timely replenishment of food and maintain quality.

Bars & Shops

• Drive sales and enhance guest interactions through effective coaching.
• Monitor guest flow and adjust staffing to reduce queues.

Restaurants & QSRs

• Ensure a friendly dining atmosphere and exceptional service.
• Encourage upselling of starters and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction.

Splash

• Supervise pool operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Deliver a friendly environment for guests while managing pool activities.

Sports & Activities

• Plan and deliver engaging sports and activities for guests of all ages.
• Supervise team members and promote a vibrant atmosphere during events.
