Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Supervisor Plus, you will:
- Lead the Team: Be the operational driver, ensuring your team is effectively executing daily tasks and objectives.
- Coach and Develop: Support your team in achieving key targets, such as upselling and promotions.
- Ensure Compliance: Conduct audits and maintain high standards in accommodation and other departments.
- Enhance Guest Experience: Monitor guest feedback and take action to ensure satisfaction.
- Communicate Effectively: Foster strong relationships across the resort and ensure clear communication from management to your team.
Key Focus Areas
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also support various areas, including:
- Food Safety: Champion hygiene standards and ensure compliance with food safety procedures.
- Guest Experience: Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere in dining venues and activities.
- Sales Performance: Drive revenue through effective coaching on upselling and guest interactions.
- Health & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and standards.

Working Conditions
This role primarily covers accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility to support other departments throughout the week. Your adaptability will be key in managing fluctuating guest demands while ensuring operational excellence.
