• Flexible Shifts: Start and finish on your driveway with demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week, plus optional overtime.

Where You’ll Work

You’ll be part of the Walsall cluster, covering areas like Walsall, Aldridge, Brownhills, Cannock, Lichfield, Burntwood, and Sutton Coldfield. We organize work locally, allowing you to focus on getting our members back on the road in your area.

Your Responsibilities

As a Roadside Technician in our Patrol division, you’ll:

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Handle everything from flat batteries to complex fault-finding with confidence.

You’ll tackle challenges head-on, making a real impact on the roadside while combining your technical expertise with outstanding member service.

What You’ll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach.
• A full UK driving licence.
