Our Integrated Service Programme (ISP) provides a comprehensive range of support services, ensuring that children and foster parents have access to the resources they need. Our team includes social workers, fostering advisors, teachers, and therapists, all working together to create a nurturing environment.

Your Role

As a Supervising Social Worker, you will:

• Provide direct support to foster parents, managing a realistic caseload that allows for meaningful supervision.
• Conduct regular supervision sessions, monitoring practice and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with children, young people, foster parents, and other professionals to facilitate participation in assessments, planning, and decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

We seek a qualified and experienced Social Worker or Senior Social Worker who is:

• Enthusiastic and committed to the role of foster parents.
• Experienced in working collaboratively with foster parents and within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Skilled in report writing and able to meet strict deadlines.
• Holds a Social Care England recognized qualification in Social Work or equivalent.
• Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation pertaining to children's services.
• Holds a full driving license with unrestricted access to your own car.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, permanent position that comes with the following benefits:
