Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

• Lead the Team: Be the hands-on operational driver, ensuring your team is effectively executing daily tasks and objectives.
• Maintain High Standards: Oversee compliance and quality across various departments, particularly during our busy intake days on Mondays and Fridays.
• Coach and Develop: Support your team in delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving key targets like add-on sales and promotions.
• Monitor Guest Feedback: Capture and act on guest feedback to continuously improve our services.
• Foster Communication: Ensure clear communication between management and your team, executing plans effectively.

Key Focus Areas

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also support various departments, including:

Buffets

• Food Safety Champion: Lead by example in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
• Warm Dining Experience: Create a welcoming atmosphere for families and ensure prompt resolution of guest queries.
• Team Development: Provide on-shift coaching to enhance team confidence and capability.

Bars & Shops

• Sales Driver: Encourage upselling and maximize revenue through effective team coaching.
• Dynamic Deployment: Monitor guest flow and adjust team roles to minimize wait times.

Restaurants & QSRs

• Upselling Champion: Coach the team to recommend starters and desserts, enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Effective Checkbacks: Ensure timely check-ins with guests to confirm satisfaction and promote additional sales.

Splash Pool

• Health & Safety: Supervise pool operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Guest Experience: Create a friendly environment and address guest concerns promptly.

Sports & Activities

• Activity Delivery: Lead engaging sports and activities sessions for guests of all ages.
• Team Supervision: Guide and support team members to ensure smooth operations.
