Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

• Lead the Team: Be the hands-on operational driver, ensuring your team is effectively executing daily tasks and objectives.
• Coach and Develop: Support your team in achieving key targets, including upselling and promotions.
• Ensure Compliance: Oversee CAFF audits and other departmental audits to maintain high standards.
• Enhance Guest Experience: Monitor guest feedback and NPS, taking action to improve satisfaction.
• Communicate Effectively: Ensure clear communication between management and your team, executing plans efficiently.
• Build Relationships: Foster strong connections across the resort and with central support teams.

Key Focus Areas

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also support various departments, including:

Buffets

• Food Safety Champion: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Warm Dining Experience: Ensure guests feel welcomed and well cared for.
• Team Development: Provide on-shift coaching to enhance service quality.

Bars & Shops

• Drive Sales: Maximize revenue through effective upselling and guest engagement.
• Reduce Queues: Monitor guest flow and adjust staffing as needed.

Restaurants & QSRs

• Champion Food Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Upselling: Encourage team members to recommend starters and desserts.

Splash Pool

• Pool Operations: Supervise daily operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Guest Experience: Create a friendly atmosphere and address guest concerns.

Sports & Activities

• Activity Programme Delivery: Lead engaging sports and activities for guests of all ages.
• Health & Safety: Ensure all activities comply with safety procedures.
