Where You’ll Work

You’ll be part of the Walsall cluster, covering areas like Walsall, Aldridge, Brownhills, Cannock, Lichfield, Burntwood, and Sutton Coldfield. We organize work locally, allowing you to focus on getting members back on the road in your community.

Your Responsibilities

As a Roadside Technician, you’ll:

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Handle a variety of challenges, from flat batteries to complex fault-finding.
• Combine your technical expertise with outstanding member service.

What You’ll Need

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach.
• A full UK driving licence.
