Your Role and Responsibilities

As our School Administrator, you will be the welcoming face of Easthorpe School, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reception Duties:
    • Greet parents, visitors, and colleagues with warmth and professionalism.
    • Manage phone calls and messages effectively.
    • Ensure visitor safety and compliance with safeguarding protocols.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist the Headteacher and management team with various administrative tasks.
    • Maintain accurate records and manage the school diary.
    • Handle correspondence and ensure confidentiality at all times.
  • Attendance Monitoring:
    • Track and report on pupil attendance and punctuality.
    • Communicate with parents regarding absenteeism.
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to address attendance issues.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A solid understanding of child protection and safeguarding practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with Ed:gen and CPOMS systems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
