Your Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Be the hands-on leader, ensuring your team is effectively executing daily tasks and objectives.
- Coaching & Development: Support and mentor your team to achieve key targets, including upselling and promotions.
- Guest Experience: Monitor guest feedback and ensure a consistently high-quality experience in line with our brand standards.
- Compliance & Audits: Take responsibility for conducting audits and ensuring compliance across various departments.
- Communication Champion: Ensure clear communication flows from management to your team, executing plans effectively.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.
What You’ll Focus On
As a Supervisor Plus, your role will extend beyond accommodation to include:
- Food Safety Champion: Lead by example in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Creating a Welcoming Experience: Ensure guests feel greeted and cared for in all dining venues.
- Team Development: Provide on-the-job coaching to enhance team performance and guest interactions.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales through effective upselling and guest engagement strategies.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with safety standards across all areas of operation.
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to coach and support a team in achieving objectives.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on maintaining high standards and compliance.
- Guest-Facing Experience: Comfortable handling a variety of guest queries and feedback.

Working Conditions
The Supervisor Plus role requires flexibility, primarily covering accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, with the possibility of supporting other departments throughout the week based on operational needs.
