Your Mission:

As a Supervisor Plus, you will report directly to the Manager and be responsible for:

• Driving daily operational plans and ensuring tasks are executed efficiently.
• Coaching and supporting your team to achieve key targets, including upselling and promotions.
• Monitoring compliance and maintaining high operational standards across various departments.
• Building strong relationships with team members and other departments to foster a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

In this hands-on role, you will:

• Be the operational leader, ensuring your team is effective in all key tasks.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Capture and act on guest feedback to enhance their experience.
• Champion Butlin’s values and ensure effective communication within your area.
• Support the onboarding and development of team members throughout their employee lifecycle.

Areas of Focus:

As a Supervisor Plus, you will have the opportunity to work across various departments, including:

Buffets

• Lead food safety and hygiene standards.
• Create a warm and welcoming dining experience for guests.
• Coach your team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food presentation.

Bars & Shops

• Drive sales and enhance guest interactions.
• Monitor guest flow and adjust staffing to minimize wait times.
• Maintain strong stock control and ensure compliance with brand standards.

Restaurants & QSRs

• Champion food safety and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Coach your team to upsell and enhance the dining experience.
• Celebrate team successes and foster a positive work culture.

Splash Pool

• Supervise pool operations and ensure safety compliance.
• Deliver a friendly environment and support guest queries.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Sports & Activities

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging sports and activities.
• Supervise team members and promote guest participation.
• Ensure all activities are conducted safely and professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Excellent leadership skills and a passion for coaching.
• A keen eye for detail and experience in guest-facing roles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in driving sales and enhancing guest experiences.
• Relevant qualifications for specific areas (e.g., NPQL for Splash).
