Your Rewarding Role Awaits
As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you’ll enjoy:
- Competitive Base Salary: Start with a base salary of £40,178, with on-target earnings of up to £52,000.
- Guaranteed Overtime: Increase your base salary to £44,385 with guaranteed overtime options.
- Structured Hours: Work 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Your Daily Adventure
Your day begins with a clear digital schedule, where each job is pre-booked and waiting for you. You’ll be responsible for:
- Routine servicing
- Advanced diagnostics
- In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
- Providing member advice and recommendations
- Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards
From day one, you’ll have everything you need: a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, full tool set, and advanced diagnostics. Use your technical skills to get people moving safely and confidently!
What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
