As the main point of contact for your team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our high standards and compliance are met every day.
Your Mission
As a Supervisor Plus, you will report directly to the Manager and be responsible for:
- Executing daily operational plans and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Coaching and supporting your team to achieve key targets, including upselling and promotions.
- Monitoring guest feedback and taking action to enhance their experience.
- Building strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will involve a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Being the operational driver, ensuring your team is effective in all key tasks.
- Conducting audits and ensuring compliance with departmental standards.
- Championing communication within your area to ensure plans are executed smoothly.
- Supporting the onboarding and development of team members throughout their employment journey.
Focus Areas
In addition to your accommodation duties, you will also support various areas across the resort:
Buffets
- Lead by example in food safety and hygiene.
- Create a warm, welcoming dining experience for guests.
- Oversee food quality and bay replenishment.
- Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional service.
Bars & Shops
- Drive sales and enhance guest interactions.
- Monitor guest flow to reduce queues and improve service.
- Maintain strong stock practices and ensure brand standards are met.
Restaurants & QSRs
- Champion food safety and hygiene standards.
- Deliver a friendly, engaging dining experience.
- Encourage upselling of menu items and celebrate team successes.
Splash
- Supervise pool operations and ensure safety compliance.
- Support lifeguards and pool team members during shifts.
- Deliver a welcoming environment for guests.
Sports & Activities
- Plan and deliver a variety of sports and activities for guests.
- Supervise team members and provide on-the-job training.
- Ensure all activities are conducted safely and professionally.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and supporting your team.
- A strong attention to detail, especially in audit and compliance activities.
- Experience in guest-facing roles, handling queries and complaints effectively.
- A proven track record in driving sales and promotions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Working Conditions
This role requires flexibility, as you will primarily cover accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, with the possibility of supporting other departments throughout the week based on operational needs.
