We offer a market-competitive base salary of £36,400 with a realistic OTE of £61,000. Top performers can earn significantly more through bonuses and enhanced overtime rates!

We organize work locally, allowing you to focus on getting our members back on the road in your area.
What You’ll Need
- A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
- A customer-focused approach
- A full UK driving licence
Your Role
As a Roadside Technician, you’ll deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK. Whether it’s a flat battery, a tyre change, or complex fault-finding, you’ll provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance when our members need it most.
You’ll tackle challenges head-on, making a real impact on the roadside by combining your technical expertise with outstanding member service. We’ll set you up for success from day one with:
