About the Role

As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you’ll support the team, take charge of daily operations, and help us not just meet but crush our performance goals. You’ll own the atmosphere and guest experience, ensuring everything runs smoothly and creating a welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

What Will You Spend Your Time Doing?

• Support Like a Leader: Take ownership of the restaurant, drive performance, hit goals, and keep the vibe alive.
• Help Build a Dream Team: Train, coach, and motivate your crew to exceed standards.
• Hit Those Targets: Own your KPIs, support the team, and ensure every shift delivers excellence.
• Keep Everything Running Smooth: Manage the admin side, from rosters to stock, ensuring solid behind-the-scenes operations.
• Make Every Guest Feel Special: Turn first-timers into regulars with memorable experiences.
