Position: Teacher

Contract: Part-time, 15 hours per week (2 days), term time only

Salary: £28,000 - £39,590 pro rata

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Battle

Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

What You'll Do:

  • Teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
  • Plan, prepare, and present engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning needs.
  • Implement our positive behaviour policy to foster responsible citizenship.
  • Motivate students to embrace learning and develop a lifelong love for education.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Proven teaching experience, especially with vulnerable children.
  • Experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly with SEMH and ASC needs.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, especially in Maths and/or English.
  • Excellent behaviour management skills.
  • A reflective practitioner who adapts teaching to meet individual needs.
  • Ability to deliver dynamic and engaging lessons.

The successful candidate will need to complete an enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by ISP School Battle.
