Specific Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: Up to £24,625 per annum

Your Role

We are on the lookout for a motivated and organized Recruitment Coordinator who is passionate about building a career in HR. In this pivotal role, you will connect our hiring managers with talented candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain a deep understanding of the Polaris brands, their culture, and work environment.
  • Take ownership of vacancy adverts: draft, post, and monitor applications.
  • Review applications, screen candidates, and create shortlists for hiring managers.
  • Source candidates directly and engage with them via phone and email.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure hiring managers have all necessary information.
  • Provide candidates with timely feedback and maintain excellent customer service.
  • Handle various administrative tasks related to recruitment.
  • Prepare documentation for successful candidates in line with company requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR on the onboarding process.

What You Bring

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to manage your own workload.
  • Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment/HR role is a plus.
  • Knowledge of children’s residential homes is advantageous.
