Location: Belfast
Type: Permanent Part Time (25 hours per week)
Working Days: Expected Thursday and Friday, 9am-5pm; other days flexible
Salary: £16,806.83 per annum (£23,529.57 FTE)

Your Role:
As our Referrals Officer, you will be the vital link between Health and Social Care Trusts, foster families, and Social Workers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing referrals and ensuring placements are matched according to children's needs.
- Using your initiative to find creative solutions for foster placement requests.
- Building positive relationships with colleagues and communicating confidently with professionals at all levels.
Experience in the children’s services sector is a plus, but we provide full training to help you succeed!
