Are you ready to take on an exciting new challenge at Butlin's? The Supervisor Plus role is your chance to shine! As the main point of contact for your team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operational standards are top-notch and that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

In this dynamic position, you will report directly to the Manager and be the driving force behind our daily operational plans. Your mission? To ensure that tasks and objectives are met while adapting to the ever-changing needs of our guests. You’ll primarily focus on accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, but your flexibility will allow you to support various departments throughout the week.

As a Supervisor Plus, you will not only lead your team but also coach them to achieve key targets, such as add-on sales and promotions. Ready to make a difference? Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Your Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Be hands-on in ensuring your team effectively meets all key tasks and objectives.
  • Coaching: Guide your team to achieve departmental targets, including retail upselling.
  • Audit Responsibility: Oversee CAFF audits in accommodation and other departmental audits as needed.
  • Guest Experience: Monitor and enhance the quality of guest experiences in line with brand guidelines.
  • Feedback Management: Capture and act on guest feedback to continuously improve our services.
  • Team Development: Coach and develop your team to ensure departmental plans are met.
  • Communication Champion: Ensure effective communication between management and your team.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong connections across the resort and with central support teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to coach and support your team in achieving objectives.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on audits and compliance.
  • Guest-Facing Experience: Comfortable handling a variety of guest queries and complaints.
  • Sales Experience: Ability to generate new opportunities through promotions and initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working with multi-skilled teams to meet guest demands.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements.

Working Conditions

This role requires flexibility, especially on Mondays and Fridays, with the potential for additional support on other days based on operational needs. You will be a key player in maintaining high standards across various departments.
