About Easthorpe School

Easthorpe School is a vibrant independent specialist provision located in the East Midlands, dedicated to supporting children and young people living with families, foster carers, or in residential homes. Since our opening in November 2022, we have been expanding to accommodate the growing needs of our Lower School (ages 7-13).

With class sizes capped at 6 pupils, each class is supported by a qualified teacher and up to 2 teaching assistants. We cater to pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, as well as various diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, Sensory Processing Disorder, attachment needs, and mild to moderate learning difficulties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher to help shape our educational provision, enrich the lives of our pupils, and develop your own teaching skills in a rewarding environment.
