What We Are Looking For
Are you a motivated and organized individual with a passion for HR? We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to be a vital link between our hiring managers and candidates. In this role, you will report to the Recruitment Manager and assist throughout the recruitment process—from advertising vacancies to coordinating interviews and collating candidate documents.

Role Responsibilities
- Gain a deep understanding of the Polaris brands, their culture, and work environment.
- Take ownership of vacancy adverts: draft, post, and monitor applications.
- Review applications, screen candidates, and create shortlists for hiring managers.
- Source candidates directly and engage with them via phone and email.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure hiring managers have all necessary interview materials.
- Provide candidates with timely feedback on their interviews.
- Build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain confidentiality for clients and candidates.
- Handle various administrative tasks related to recruitment.
- Prepare documents for successful candidates in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with HR on the onboarding process for new hires.
About You
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- A collaborative team player who can also manage their own workload.
- Proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role is a plus.
- Familiarity with children’s residential homes is advantageous.
