Location: Belfast
Type: Permanent Part Time (25 hours per week)
Working Days: Thursday and Friday, 9am-5pm; other days flexible
Salary: £16,806.83 per annum (£23,529.57 FTE)

What You’ll Do
As our Referrals Officer, you will play a crucial role in:
- Managing referrals from Health and Social Care Trusts.
- Using key information and matching criteria to ensure placements meet children's needs.
- Building positive relationships with colleagues and communicating confidently with professionals at all levels.
- Finding creative solutions to foster placement requests.
What We’re Looking For
We seek someone who is:
- Experienced in the children’s services sector or a similar field.
- Skilled in administration and able to follow regulatory policies and processes.
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of working independently and using initiative.
Don’t worry if you’re new to this role; full training will be provided!
