Role: Apprentice Data Analyst

Location: Bromsgrove

Hours: Full Time - 35 hours per week

Salary: £14,600.04 per annum

Contract: 18-month fixed term

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in data! As an Apprentice Data Analyst, you will gain hands-on experience in a real business environment while completing a recognized apprenticeship qualification. No prior experience is necessary—just a curious mind and a desire to learn!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Learning to collect, clean, and organize data
  • Supporting the creation of reports and dashboards
  • Assisting with routine data tasks and processes
  • Helping investigate data issues and resolve errors
  • Collaborating with colleagues to understand their data needs
  • Developing skills in tools like Excel and SQL, with full training provided
  • Completing your apprenticeship coursework alongside your role

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • An interest in data, numbers, or problem-solving
  • A curious mindset and a willingness to learn
  • Good attention to detail
  • Basic IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Qualifications

  • GCSEs or equivalent, including maths
  • Basic experience with Excel, including formulas and tables
  • Interest in technology or data analysis
