The Supervisor Plus position is a brand-new opportunity at Butlin's, designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the main point of contact for your team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our high standards are met and compliance is maintained across the department.

Your Mission

Reporting directly to the Manager, you will be the operational driver of success, ensuring that daily plans are executed flawlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating team activities to meet fluctuating guest demands.
• Coaching and supporting your team to achieve key targets, including upselling and promotions.
• Conducting audits to maintain high standards in accommodation and other departments.
• Building strong relationships across the resort and with central support teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supervisor Plus, you will:

• Be hands-on in ensuring your team is effective in all key tasks.
• Champion food safety and hygiene standards in our Buffets, Bars, and Restaurants.
• Create a warm and welcoming dining experience for our guests.
• Drive sales and enhance guest interactions through effective coaching.
• Monitor guest feedback and take action to improve their experience.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Excellent leadership skills with a knack for coaching and supporting your team.
• A strong attention to detail, especially in audit and compliance activities.
• Experience in guest-facing roles, handling queries and complaints with ease.
• A proven track record in driving sales and promotions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Working Conditions

The Supervisor Plus role primarily focuses on accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, with flexibility to support other departments throughout the week. Your adaptability will be key in ensuring our guests receive an amazing experience, no matter the day!
