About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst to join our small, dynamic Information & Performance team. In this role, you will:
- Manage a central SQL Server environment with SSRS reporting
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS, Power Automate, PowerShell, and batch scripts
- Develop and maintain a large library of stored procedures
- Deliver self-service reporting to stakeholders across the organization
- Handle a variety of ad-hoc data requests and report development
This is a unique opportunity to work in a complex, meaningful environment where your contributions will directly support services for vulnerable children across the country.
What We're Looking For
We want someone who thrives on challenges and is eager to learn. If you encounter a problem you've never seen before, you should be the type to open a query window and dive in. We value:
- Solid T-SQL skills, including reading, writing, and troubleshooting queries
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and report development
- Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Agent
- Comfort with MS Office, especially Excel and formula writing
- Exposure to PowerShell, CMD, VBA, or similar scripting (a bonus!)
- Experience with Power Automate and familiarity with SharePoint (advantageous)
A SQL Server certification is a plus, but what truly matters is your ability to deliver results.
Beyond the Technical Skills
- A relentless curiosity
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of challenges
- Confidence in collaborating with non-technical stakeholders
- A genuine appetite for self-directed learning
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
