Trainee HGV Driver
Join Our Team as a Van Driver!
Salary: £32,617 per year, with a fantastic range of benefits, increasing to £42,922 upon qualification!
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, starting between 04:00 - 06:00, with 1 in 3 Saturdays (and a rest day during the week).

As a Van Driver, you’ll be the face of our business, delivering both food and non-food products to various locations each day. No two days will be the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to meet a diverse range of customers along your route!
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver products to multiple locations while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular checks on your multi-temperature van and ensure DVSA compliance.
- Participate in a comprehensive induction program.
- Embark on our award-winning HGV Development Programme to gain your Class 2 Driver qualification within 6 months.
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A full clean Driving Licence.
- Previous multidrop or van driving experience is a plus!
- A strong ambition and commitment to becoming a qualified HGV 2 driver through our development programme.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service in everything you do.
