Trainee HGV Driver

Salary: £32,617 per year, with a fantastic range of benefits that increase to £42,922 upon qualification!
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, starting between 04:00 - 06:00, with 1 in 3 Saturdays (and a rest day during the week).

As a Van Driver, you’ll be the face of our business, delivering both food and non-food products to various locations each day. Your route will change daily, ensuring you meet a diverse range of customers along the way.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular checks on your multi-temperature van and ensuring DVSA compliance.
- Starting your journey with a comprehensive induction.
- Progressing to our award-winning HGV Development Programme, where you’ll gain your Class 2 Driver qualification within 6 months.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- A full clean Driving Licence.
- Ideally, some previous multidrop or van driving experience.
- A strong ambition and commitment to becoming a qualified HGV 2 driver through our development programme.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service in everything you do!
