Your Role
As a Data Analyst, you will:
- Manage a central SQL Server environment with SSRS reporting.
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS, Power Automate, PowerShell, and batch scripts.
- Develop and maintain a large library of stored procedures.
- Deliver self-service reporting to stakeholders across the organization.
- Handle a variety of ad-hoc data requests and report development across various service areas.

What We’re Looking For
We seek a proactive problem-solver who:
- Is comfortable diving into complex issues and finding solutions independently.
- Reads error messages thoroughly and digs deep until they understand the problem.
- Can communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to grasp their needs.
- Has a genuine appetite for self-directed learning.
Technical Skills You’ll Need
- Solid T-SQL skills, including reading, writing, and troubleshooting queries.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and report development.
- Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Agent.
- Comfort with MS Office, especially Excel and formula writing.
- Exposure to PowerShell, CMD, VBA, or similar scripting is a bonus.
- Experience with Power Automate and familiarity with SharePoint would be advantageous.
- A SQL Server certification is helpful but not essential; we value your practical skills more.
