Join our small but dynamic Information & Performance team and help us keep the data flowing! We are looking for a motivated and curious Apprentice Data Analyst to kickstart their career in data.

Your Role

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a real business environment while completing a recognized apprenticeship qualification. No prior experience is necessary—just a passion for learning!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Learning how to collect, clean, and organize data
• Supporting the creation of reports and dashboards
• Assisting with routine data tasks and processes
• Helping investigate data issues and resolve errors
• Collaborating with colleagues to understand their data needs
• Developing skills in tools such as Excel and SQL, with full training provided
• Completing your apprenticeship coursework alongside your role

What We’re Looking For:

• Essential:
  • An interest in data, numbers, or problem-solving
  • A curious mindset and willingness to learn
  • Good attention to detail
  • Basic IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Desirable, but Not Required:
  • GCSEs or equivalent, including maths
  • Basic experience with Excel, including formulas and tables
  • Interest in technology or data analysis
