Position: Permanent Part-Time (25 hours per week)
Working Days: Expected Thursday and Friday, 9am-5pm; other days are flexible
Salary: £16,806.83 per annum (£23,529.57 FTE)

Your Role
As a Referrals Officer, you will be the vital link between Health and Social Care Trusts, foster families, and social workers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing referrals from Health and Social Care Trusts.
- Using key information and matching criteria to ensure placements meet children’s needs.
- Finding creative solutions to foster placement requests.
- Building positive relationships with colleagues and communicating confidently with professionals at all levels.
What We’re Looking For
We seek someone who can work independently and demonstrate initiative. Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in the children’s services sector or a similar field.
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to follow regulatory policies and processes.
- A knack for thriving in a fast-paced team environment.
