Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum

Join our small but dynamic Information & Performance team, where your work will have a direct impact on the lives of children in need. We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst to help us manage and analyze data that drives our services.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst, you will:
- Manage a central SQL Server environment with SSRS reporting.
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines using SSIS, Power Automate, PowerShell, and batch scripts.
- Develop and maintain a library of stored procedures.
- Deliver self-service reporting to stakeholders across the organization.
- Handle ad-hoc data requests, analysis, and report development across various service areas.

Technical Skills Required
- Solid T-SQL skills, including reading, writing, and troubleshooting queries.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and report development.
- Familiarity with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Agent.
- Comfort with MS Office, especially Excel and formula writing.
- Exposure to PowerShell, CMD, VBA, or similar scripting is a bonus.
- Experience with Power Automate and familiarity with SharePoint are advantageous.
- A SQL Server certification is helpful but not essential; we value your practical skills more.
