Why Selwyn Hall School?
At Selwyn Hall School, we are more than just an SEN school; we are a nurturing community dedicated to transforming the lives of young people aged 7-18 with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH). Our pupils, who may have diagnoses such as ASD, ADHD, FASD, and anxiety, thrive in our bespoke learning environment, where small groups of 4-6 children ensure personalized attention and support.
Located in beautiful private grounds, our school offers a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes health and wellbeing. With facilities for outdoor learning, including a forest school, sports pitch, sensory trail, and play equipment, we create a holistic educational experience. Inside, our refurbished classrooms and activity rooms cater to a variety of subjects, including science, computing, music, drama, and art/DT.
As part of the Polaris Community, we have been passionately improving the lives of young people for over 30 years. Our network of SEN schools across the UK collaborates to provide tailored, diverse, and appropriate education in a safe and supportive environment. All our provisions are rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted.
