Location: Bromsgrove

Contract: Full Time - 35 hours per week

Salary: £14,600.04 per annum

Contract Duration: 18-month fixed term

Your Role: What to Expect

This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in data! As an Apprentice Data Analyst, you will:

  • Gain hands-on experience in a real business environment.
  • Complete a recognized apprenticeship qualification.
  • Receive support from an experienced team while contributing to impactful work.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

  • Learn how to collect, clean, and organize data.
  • Support the creation of reports and dashboards.
  • Assist with routine data tasks and processes.
  • Help investigate data issues and resolve errors.
  • Work with colleagues to understand their data needs.
  • Develop skills in tools such as Excel and SQL, with full training provided.
  • Complete your apprenticeship coursework alongside your role.

What We're Looking For

We value attitude and potential over experience. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Essential:
    • An interest in data, numbers, or problem-solving.
    • A curious mindset and willingness to learn.
    • Good attention to detail.
    • Basic IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
    • Good communication skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Desirable, but Not Required:
    • GCSEs or equivalent, including maths.
    • Basic experience with Excel, including formulas and tables.
    • Interest in technology or data analysis.
