Your New Role...

As a Graphics Specialist within the COE AR/VR/GFX team, you will be the go-to expert for providing global 3rd Level Engineering support. Your responsibilities will include:

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Laboratory Testing: Conduct tests on new software versions, track bugs, monitor hardware for graphic systems, and test graphics deployments on the cloud.

  • Support: Troubleshoot issues, manage tickets, and be available on-call for global emergencies (Major Incidents).

  • Documentation and Training: Create and update documentation for graphic systems, generate SOPs for Tier 2 support, and provide training.

  • Design and Implementation for New Projects: Document and train Tier 2 support and other COE team members.

  • Participation in COE Meetings: Attend meetings to track issues, discuss new projects, and analyze technologies.

Qualifications and Experience…

  • Strong experience with broadcasting equipment related to live productions, along with knowledge of 2D and 3D graphic systems.

  • Methodical troubleshooting skills for both lab and support cases.

  • Detail-oriented in creating and maintaining technical documentation.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across the organization.

Nice to Have...

  • Knowledge of implementing cloud-based production solutions.

Working Conditions:

This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days will be carried out at the workplace. WBD reserves the right to adjust this working agreement as necessary for business needs, with reasonable notice.
