Your Compensation Package
- Competitive Base Salary: £45,378 (including London Weighting Allowance, if applicable).
- On-Target Earnings: Potential to earn up to £57,000.
- Guaranteed Overtime: Increase your base salary with additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Your Work Environment
As part of the Wembley cluster, you’ll cover areas like Wembley, Harrow, Stanmore, Edgware, Kingsbury, and Greenford. You’ll be out on the road, working through a clearly planned schedule of appointments—no reactive callouts, just organized, pre-booked work.
What to Expect in Your Role
Your day will kick off with a clear digital schedule, where each job is pre-booked and the member is expecting you. Your responsibilities will include:
- Routine servicing
- Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
- In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
- Providing member advice and recommendations based on inspections
- Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards

What You’ll Need
- Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
